Hacking Old flashcard's site not working anymore

Hi guys, I've recently found my old dsi flashcard and wanted to maybe use it again, though I have no idea how to make it work or verify if it's broken or not. It has a red sticker on it saying r4i sdhc ver. 1.41 and the site is: r4ixl-sdhc.com , which is not working anymore.

Any ideas? I've got a dsi and an old3ds with custom firmware to test it out.
