Where in the world can I find the Pokémon - World Famous Talking Cactus Version?
I know it's beyond old, but I've heard too much about it to not want to try it out.
Yes, I have googled it...But I am only finding dead links and 404 pages...

One youtube video description said it was bundled with pokemap, and sure enough, CACTUS.IPS with it.

get a clean version of the rom, and use the "apply IPS patch" button in lunar ips:
