Or restore emunand_original.bin if you made the backup while doing the old guide. If you lost it with the other files, do the 9.2.0 ctrtransfer as said above.

His SD Card is formmated so he wills lost nothing normally.

Section II - Installing arm9loaderhax

1. Reinsert your SD card into your 2.1.0 3DS
2. Go to http://dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin on your 3DS
   • If you get an error, follow this troubleshooting guide
   • If you get a glitched screen, follow this troubleshooting guide
3. Press (Select) to Full Install
4. The installer will now install arm9loaderhax on your device (this is very fast)
5. For now, booting to a black screen or the message "An old unsupported NAND has been detected" on New 3DS is normal (New 3DS Luma3DS cannot boot a 2.1.0 NAND), just continue with the instructions
6. Shut down your console, hold the power button until it turns off if necessary
7. Copy your console specific OTP.bin from the /a9lh/ folder on your SD card to a safe location on your computer and back it up to multiple locations (such as online file storage), then reinsert your SD card your 2.1.0 3DS

If you are correct about them being on 2.1, then the browser based installer (arm9.bin and arm11.bin) will dump it for you while installing.
