Hardware Ok To Pause Download?

Hi guys. I have a PS Vita (Non 3G Version) and am currently downloading Rainbow Skies at my Parents place. Thing is, their internet is much slower than the internet at my Apartment. When I leave from my Parents place, is it ok/safe to pause download and resume once I get to my Apartment? I would power off system before leaving Parents place, but would pause download before leaving. Thoughts and help greatly appreciated

Why didn't you just test it real quick by starting a download, pausing, powering off, then powering back on to find out?

Anyway, I just tested this myself to give you the answer, and it SHOULD work just fine. Started downloading Mega Man X4, let it download maybe half way, then paused download and powered the system off. When I powered it back on, it was still waiting. All I had to do was resume the download.

Where you downloading from PSN or pkgj shop?


PSN you can pause it any time you want.
