Hacking Ok, let's get this straight

Ok, theres been loads of topics now, and I don't get it anymore.
-Some topics say, Brawl is playable on 1.9b after doing something with the new Trucha Signer program. Someone please tell me how?
-What is the 001 error exactly, and how to get rid of it?
-If I do the thing with Trucha Signer, what do I have to do with the Brawl update? Do the 15% trick ( I have 3.2E, NOT 2.2E), do the full thing, or is there even a way to NOT do the update at all?

Anyone who knows anything, please answer and make this topic a great Tut.
All help will be appreciated!

001 error is a error you get when the disc detect your chip (if I remember correctly).

Now, for the update, what do I do? Should I try the 15% trick or something else? Any suggestions? ( P.S. I've only got the SL (DVD5) version)

Eehm.. Neodude, or anyone else, how do I get to the right offset? I wanna change the thing so I don't get the disk error, but what programs do I use and is there a Tut for it (for the SSBB/SMG thing alone)?
