I didn't register here until yesterday. Next time i'll read reviews before wasting money.Now I have too play older games and some emulators without it having problems playing the newer games.

Emailing them straight away might have got it cancelled....
You should be able to return it at your own expense without opening it for a refund.

Yeah, probably better to email them early on. It's possible that it could be recalled before it gets too far, but I can't be sure.
