Hacking oh my god what is going on?

I am currently softmodding a 4.2u virgin wii serial LU4016XXXX

I installed the homebrew channel using bannerbomb, everything was going well.

i'm using this guide btw: http://sites.google.com/site/completesg/ha.../trucha-bug-4-2

now i'm at the trucha bug restoration part, copied all the files following the suggested file strucutre, but now when i put in my sd card the wii wonT' recognize it at all, it worked just fine so far, the sd card is recognized in every other device instantly and my wii recognizes every other sd card i have (wich are too small in size to transfer all the files).


Is that some kind of protection? do i have to move files or delete some so it's recognized again?

I hope i'm not alone who had these problems...

Reformat it and put the files back on might work

i tried that, didn't work, i format in fat32... i'll try fat
