Hacking Offline patchmii install (for dvdx)

hi.
i have problem with patchmii installer because my network has some problems and i cant access to network.is there any way to install patchmii without connecting to internet??
i heard somewhere that if i use USB2 cIOS installer and install DVDx using IOS222 (from advanced options) it will be ok.
is there any risk of bricking or messing up my wii with this USB2 cIOS installer?

my wii is 3.2j.

He wants to install DVDX using advanced installation. Unfortunately, HackMii Installer's DVDX installation doesn't support advanced installation
