ReiNX is still being worked on? Whats there to work on?

There's no reason to use ReiNX over Atmosphere right?

Slow down mate.

And there are reason to use Atmosphere over SXOS and i'm sure you know the reasons. However, I still don't know what ReiNX offers more than Atmosphere other than the open piracy policy.

(laptop bugged)

Easy to use kip patches and is designed to be modular CFW. Each to their own, I use all three major cfw's, I know each has their pros and cons. Just cause you see no reason to use ReiNX over atmosphere doesn't mean that others don't

ReiNX is still being worked on, there was a commit just 2 days ago.
Some people want to use ReiNX and that's their choice to do so. There doesn't need to be a bigger reason other than choice.

I saw this as more of a serious question. I would've figured it would garner more of a response than just "it's their choice." It obviously has a few things over Atmosphere and SX OS if people use it as their primary CFW, and it seemed like this guy was legitimately curious about it (tho they probably could've figured it out by reading around and/or actually using each CFW).

I may have read it wrong, that happens from time to time. Especially for a veteran like me coming from the old 3DS CFW wars, where such a question was often just used as an attack on the project and less a means of a curiosity.

Its not advised to update past 6.2 for a while as i've said in the past, but due to a plethora of things (including me not feeling well this weekend) Elise will throw together that stupid Sept chainloader tomorrow.. so for >= 7.0, you're stuck chainloading ReiNX with sept.. everyone else keep doing what you're doing. My focuses at the moment are additions to the cfw that will separate it from everything else..
