how did you confirm this. That is not what my experience is. How did you test it. Please be detailed.

Is it possible to make a tool or add an option to the os to unmount the sd card?!

I use your program all the time" it works great!!" But can you please add support to your meme as it keeps erasing my apps in my switch folder, I am using a 512gb sd card. Verbatim..

There’s no thing as 512GB Micro SD card from Verbatin, you have a fake card from wish or wtv and when you pass the real limit of the card it starts overwriting older data

Had the 2.2 stash working perfect on a console that came with 4.1, on a 64 GB FAT32 card. Used ChoiDujourNX to update to 5.1 w/ ExFAT driver (still using FAT32 card for now), but now I can't read gamecards while in reinx now. This is what I did:

Running 4.1, I had to substitute rajskoto's debug-enabled hbloader to get ChoiDujourNX to launch. I used it to update to 5.1 w/ExFAT.

I then replaced the 4.1.0 reinx files on the SD, including the hbloader, with the 5.1.0 files before booting up with reinx payload.

Unlike before, I now have to inject the reinx payload twice to boot successfully, consistently. First inject shows the splash screen but then ends up back in RCM (possibly from autoRCM patch included in ChoiDujourNX.) Second inject works.

Once up, if I have a gamecard inserted or insert one later, the system pauses a bit and then complains that it can't recognize my retail gamecard. I can still run digital software, including sigpatched things, as well as homebrew, on 5.1.0

If I use hekate to boot the gc-updates-disabled profile that is added by ChoiDujourNX, then I can use gamecards again. ("Stock" profile might work too given this was a 4.1 console, haven't tried. )However I don't have reinx sigpatches then.

For the record, I have never even taught the Switch my wi-fi password because I am paranoid, don't know if some part of this process needed the internet for something.

Looking for any suggestions as to how to get my gamecard access back.

The only way to get game carts to work is to disable no GC patch in hekate, but then you won't be able to downgrade and use game carts on the lower firmware!
Edit I see you were already on firmware 4.1.0 so you can disable nogc in hekate and you will be fine when downgrading!

I went through a similar process last night going form 4.0.1 to 5.1. I do NOT however have the issue of booting twice. the autoRCM and Rei payload get me into ReiNX first time every time.

To get GC back you need a different patch set for REI as they are hard coded and not configurable. I don't want to volunteer the team, but, If you ask on the discord they may help you out with a tweaked one. I have found them all to be super friendly and chill.
