If that doesn't work, copy everything inside of ReiNX/titles into ReiNX/contents.

Can someone help everytime i load the payload of the new update i just get a black screen and Tegra says payload has been successfully injected?

I have done a clean fresh install - reformatted the SD card put just the new files on it so card is completely clean and still having the payload not load up

Is AutoRCM enabled? you may need it enabled. this seems to be a quirk of the new hwinit code

I managed to get it it. I didnt enable auto RCM i put Hekate on the SD card loaded Hekate and then loaded Reinx via Hekate. I got the solution via the Reinx discord

Another question: because of the sept folder thing, does it mean that dualbooting with another CFW is out of the question?

I am now getting an issue where when i go to load my previously installed games it is asking to redownload them. Anyone know how to fix this?

You can use Tinfoil to switch between custom firmwares using the payload menu, it swaps out the sept folder and reboots

I think hekate can be configured to swap sept payloads for different boot configs.

I tried this method, at first boot it was ok. But when i turned off my switch to copy somethings on my SD card and tried turning it back on again to RCM it won't display anything at all. I triend holding the power button for 20seconds and pressing it again, but to no avail it doesn't turn on.
