    Hey all,

The M3 team just mailed me with this video, so I thought I'd share (as you are all waiting for it to be released without delays [IMG]):

It shows the M3i 'unboxing and enabling' so to speak. Pretty self explanatory [IMG].

    Cheers,
    Scorpei

I wonder if the flashing also works in Linux. I think the person in the video is using Mac OS X, so that should at least work...

AFAIK It should with any OS as it is a stand alone system. It simply takes the power from USB. So it should in theory also work from an USB power adapter (as long as it provides an USB socket or you solder up your own connector [IMG]).

works under linux, DOS, windows, OSX, android, BIOS, anything.
as long as it sends a 5V current into the USB port.

it's really a very reliable method.
you can update using any system that can write onto a FAT-formatted microSD.
no risk of an incompatible operating system/DSi firmware.

... you can probably even update using a USB HUB with external power supply, without a PC.
