How about placing all participents into groups and they select 1 game each. Conflicting games are redecided between the conflicting participents. I'm all for oscarmejia's idea though

Out of the games in chg I think the cardgames/boardgames work the best.
My favorites are Blackjack and Rummy, hopefully you can fit at least one in somewhere...
