Hardware Official DOCK USB slots not working

Heyyy
So I had 2 switches and only used the dock that came with my brand new patched switch.

I decided to sell that one and use the dock of the used hack switch that I bought on ebay months ago.
To my surprise, the USB plugs arent working.

Switch itself is fine. I tried type c to usb female adapter and the switch recognizes controllers just fine.

Upon searching, I came across power cycling, plugging unplugging, various methods to make the USB ports work. None work -.-

Video output works fine.

Is there a solution to this? Other than buying another dock of course -.-

Have you tryd the back one (the blue one)

Ya tried the blue one inside.
Cleaned, plugged, unplugged, tried different power outlets. (funny enough on my launch switch, one of the outlets caused the USB port to work delayed, dunno how to make sense of that).

Nothing worked

Also check the docks ports for cracks maybe something got desolderd idk

Havent got the triwing screwdriver set. Misplaced it somewhere :/

This switch already had issues with the microSD card reader since I got it.. me being the nice guy didnt return or report the seller lol.
Now having more issues -.-

Use a usb c cable as power source with a charger brick maybe if you let it plugged in for 10 min it will de charge and fix the problem????

Opened up, tinkered around the board and now even the video output seems to not work anymore lol.
Just ordered an official used dock.
