to boot straight to SC lite you would have to have FLASHME installed into the DS firmware there are guides on the forum about this or check scdev.org for more detailed SC information

if the datel media dock acts as a PASSME device that should work ...other than that get a SUPERKEY slot 1 or other type of passcard to boot into the SClite or even a SLOT 1 ds card ... although kinda defeats the object unless you want to use both a slot 1 card and slot 2 card or together in the case of DS OPERA browser

doubtful that it would work on the Gameboy player maby someone here has tried but its very doubtful!

thats what i figured... currently have a r4 and figured... 15 buck double my ds power lol

just wondering if those would work since i have 2 ds's

You can boot the card directly if you have FlashMe installed or you use a slot-1 passthrough device, such as the Max Media Launcher which is what I believe you're talking about. I don't see why it wouldn't work on the Gameboy Player, but of course you'd be limited to GBA titles; no DS games.
