Hacking Ocarina isnt working

hi i wanted to cheat on my backups. but it didnt work.

i used mario kart wii pal version.
and i have ver. 3.2E on my wii

Gecko OS: No DVD (i know its for inports)

Ocarina(HBC): No DVD

Backup launcher v0.3 002 fix (wad installed): boots but the codes aren't working.

can somebody help me with this.

to use the codes with backup launcher you must set the hooktype to vi.
