Homebrew O3DS with 7.1.0

Is it possible to install Homebrew with something like browserhax because I have tried all day trying to install it and all I get is communication error, also the browser version is 1.7. Also I got another N3DS with 11.0.0 and want to install homebrew on it too, what are my options that do not require a game for it to be installed.

for 11.0 New3DS, there's a new browserhax and menuhax.

I had a lot of trouble running rxTools 3.0 before, but running 2.5.2 always worked :3

Thanks for the help. Now I am on 9.2.0-20U, I tried doing browser hax after and it still does not work, it either gives me some kind of error or just opens random links. Any clue on what I am doing wrong.

Just tried again Browserhax because the web page was being unstable yesterday for me and it still does not work. I got the boot file and the 3ds folder on the root of my 3ds SD and when I use the camera to scan the code it still gives me a communication error or just opens a lot of random links. Is there anything that I am missing and is not letting me do the hack to open homebrew?
