O3DS to N3DS (Fat SD to Micro SD)

Best process to get all my hacks and games over? I understand some homebrew may be incompatible but main thing I don't want to lose is years of miis in my plaza + activity log + save data. Could I just first clone all the 3DS SD files to a larger one (micro) would that work with just one SD?
