Hello, I am trying to region change my 2ds to a Japanese 2ds. I am on the part where I need to change the SecureInfo_C file in the hex editor using GodMode9. I don't know how to change the 00000100 that I need to change on the left side.

Can you please help.

Check Section III - Editing SecureInfo, steps 10-16 of Plailect's region change guide. It LITERALLY tells you how to change SecureInfo_C. :/

When I press a to edit it takes me to the random numbers in the middle and I can't navigate to the numbers on the left in GodMode9

Those are the line numbers. You can't navigate to them. That instruction just says go to where that line starts in the middle part. :/

I can uninstall arm9loaderhax, but I am forced to do so?
Nope. And his 3DS is japanese (not CHN, KOR or TWN) so where is the problem.

My 2ds is USA. I want to change it to Japanese.

Can I just put the file onto the SD card and then use a PC program to edit the HEX?

No, the guide has you use GodMod9 for a reason. Just follow the guide and you'll have no issues.

I just did the region change but when I go to the eShop it gives me this error code: 007-2001. Could you help me with that?
It seems all region changed systems have trouble with the eShop. I can't help you with that unfortunately.
