Hacking O3ds freeze a9lh

Hi
Please help my 3ds freeze in ssb online and 3ds sleep mode and some other online games
And when i turn off wifi/wireless in the side of the 3ds i get an black screen error
I have a9lh 10.7 aurenand 4.2

There is a way to reinstall the 10.7 update?
Cause from 10.6/10.7 i got this problem

You can try update using system settings -> system update. It'll notice if there's something not on the latest version.

Then you can use pliasysupdater with the 10.7 update pack for your device and region. Make sure it's the same region and device otherwise you'll brick. You can then run the updates to install to 10.7 but I don't know if it will work.
