Hacking O3DS comes with 9.2 below

Hello everyone, I am getting Old 3ds(not xl), does that come with a firmware version below than 9.2? Thanks and if it does, is it confirmed that unused old3ds comes with a firmware version lower than 9.2.

I got it one o3ds (not xl) yesterday and it came with FW < 4.5, i don't remember the exact firmware, but i think it was 4.2 or 4.3.

Can any firmware be downgrade on n3ds with safe sysupdater? I recall people reporting a higher brickchance when not in 10.3 is this true?

Anything 10.3 or below can be downgraded. N3ds do seem to be more picky but there are plenty of successful downgrades been done

You have " brickchance " in any firmware.
Just that some people think that FW < 10.3 has a greater chance to brick .

In my experience, i downgraded one 9.8 just fine , like the other two 10.3

Reason I ask is that I plan on selling my o3dsxl and get a n3ds but I don't want to brick a day old device

Well, there will always be a risk to brick, but the chances seems lower this days.
Just make sure you know what you are doing and have the right and not corrupted .cia files.

Welk i know the procedure as i downgrade the o3dsxl and a 2ds, i just need a different update pack.
And wouldnt safe sysupdater check for corrupted .CIA files?
