in ciangel, press L, to install only the ticket, then search for the titles by name. after that, just use the eshop to install games

something i forgot to mention, the 71 tickets that were generated all weighed 848 bytes, and they popped up from a "clean"(as in no games, only fbi, luma and hbl) 3ds

EDIT: only getting this three(from the latest version afaik): Create cia region, install cia region, create ticket region

Bumping this with an update: backed out on region changing back to US to try the reddit method of keeping e-shop, but now i keep getting error codes 005-8034 and 009-6106 when trying to update games(eshop works, tho).

EDIT: fixed it by deleting the game ticket(2 of them) with FBI and reinstalling again, now installed a pacman game(supposedly RF) only to get an error when trying to run it, bust-a-move universe gives me a black screen.
