i updated today to the NXE at around 5:00 EST, and everything loaded fine, i came when i saw the new look, typical reaction. i signed in to live, talked to my friend about an arcade game to buy, went to go the marketplace but OH NO, i cant even open it. not only can i not go into the market, i cant edit my avatar, or do anything that requires live besides play online and see my friends (game cannot be started error). i have not been banned, so that cant be it. has this happened to anyone else?

Sure. Everyone is online trying to do stuff and the servers are getting bogged down.

yes, I kept getting some error when I tried to browse the game and video marketplaces last night. However, I could edit my avatar.

Its because the server has too many people. Same thing happened by X-mas last year.
