Hacking NUS Grabber Not Working Please Help

Hi, I'm trying to update Super Mario Maker to the newest version 144. But whatever I try (NUS Grabber, New NUS Grabber, U_Tility's Nus Grabber) fails. Here are the errors. Please Help. I have Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable -x86.
