Hacking NUS Downloader NOT WORKING!

I tried getting a pal version on EveryBodyVotes CH for rc24, but when i click "pack wad" he tells me to save anywhere. ok! But what the problem is? When i save the wad.... i save shit! nothing appears! It just writes a bunch of crap numbers (that should be the title id) how do i install it to wii? Please!

I'm able to get all three regions but the EU one took about 5-6 retries before it finally worked.

"0001000148414A50" is the title ID for the EU version of the channel. 0x48414A50 is "HAJP" in hex.

You don't have the update servers blocked in your router do you? That prevents NUSD from working for me.
