Hacking NTR plugin cheats not working

so i have ntr plugins for devil survivor overclocked and persona Q when i open ntr menu in game all cheats are here and when i select them they dont take effect

I dont exactly know i know the menu pop up and i activate the cheats but they dont apply in game

NTR CFW 3.2, 3.3, 3.6 tried
Game - Devil Survivor Overclocked [USA version] [CIA installed and playing from SD card(64gb)]

None of the cheats from the plugins have any effect. I have downloaded cheats from various sources - gbatemp, github, fort42 etc.
Can someone help me understand why it isn't working? Thank you
