Still need more information. Like your folder structure for the cheats.
What game your trying to use cheats with.
What update version of the game youre using.
Are you pressing the select button to get into the cheat menu.

You using the correct title Id for the game you're cheating on. Like the Europe and the usa have different codes?

is okay already fk me i need both mode 3 and normal ntr , but i cant find cheat menu for rune factory 4

It should work but not with the new Luma
