Why did the price of 3ds shoot up ?

i have seen some 3ds are more then a switch now or 2 3ds for a switch 2.. why did the price for them shoot up like crazy

I need some help with the NTR CFW.
It says unknown firm. I'm on 11.2 with arm9lh luma 6.6 i havent got any frimware.bin on \luma someone could help me?
