ROM Hack [NTR Cheats Plugin] Ported from Gateshark

Correct, what I wonder is if converting from USA to EUR is considered creating or maybe you use a tool to directly convert it.

http://www.fort42.com/gateshark/game1918/ here it is the USA version, the EUR is nowhere. If this is not possible I'm afraid that it can't be done.

I tried mhgen plugin with ntr cfw 3.4.2 in my new3ds but it stuck at load screen
P/s:NVM worked now,I just tried different cheat

The USA cheats don't work on EUR, I tried, and nope. Is there any other workaround?

I am using a 3ds hacked with cia files ( not hacked by myself )
I just only know the way download file cia and input and install on 3ds.
If i want to use this cheat i will download and put it on folder cia ? Or somebody guide me how to use this one .i am really need it .

Just create a folder on the root of the SD card titled plugins. Then put the folder of the cheatsame you want into the plugins folder.

I created the folder " plugins " in SD cards . and downloaded ntr plgins 2.0 for game " puzzle and dragons " . After extracting the whole folder to "plugins " folder then i open the game press select but nothing happen . i couldn't see any menu for cheat . can you help me or i did something wrong ?
and do i need to install some file to boost the cheats ?

I am using old 3dsxl and download ntr bin and bootntr.cia 3.2 . After install and run ntr software i use "home" button and closed like it said . And then open the game and press "x+y" and it open the menu like the files below
" process manager
Enable debugger
Set hotkey
Take screen shot
Real time save "
. I could not see any cheat and how to activate the cheat .
Help me pls

ahhhh i got it now . Tks Chronoss alot . i made a mistake that instead of putting game ID i put a game name so that they couldn't be loaded . I try on dragon ball fusions and it works . Tks a lot for your help
