Unplug all drives other than the one you're trying to boot and whatever your "recovery drive" is going to be in this scenario, then give this a shot? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/320397 I do not believe it -has- to be a floppy disk, should be able to use a burned cd or flash drive.
Verify in BIOS that the boot order is properly pointing to your HDD.
Also, from Windows Recovery Console (obtained via the installation disc) try using the fixboot and fixmbr commands.
