I have atmosphere on a nintendo switch 10.0.3 and when i download a nsp with goldleaf and want to start it in home menu i get an error. It says in data is an error. I cannot use update nsp too.
Make sure you are using these patches and the latest version of Atmosphere:

That doesn't mean you shouldn't troubleshoot the problem you're obviously having. I would redownload the latest version of Atmosphere and the proper signature patches.
