Nscb-desktop keeps giving errors on files

Most up to date tool, rust, and keys.

Files keep failing with
"
ERROR:
ERROR: failed to fill whole buffer
ERROR: nscb_rust exited with code 1: I/O error: failed to fill whole buffer"

Or:
"
ERROR:
ERROR:
ERROR: nscb_rust exited with code 1: failed to fill whole buffer"

What is up?

Does no one know?
I keep getting
ERROR:
ERROR: failed to fill whole buffer
ERROR: nscb_rust exited with code 1: I/O error: failed to fill whole buffer
OR
It completed some files but others with code
ERROR:
ERROR: nscb_rust exited with code 1: No prod.keys found. Place it in ~/.switch/prod.keys or use --keys <path>

How can anyone use this tool? if it doesnt work. I have up to date keys and everything
