Hacking Question NS-Atmosphere dongle stopped working

i want to uprage my payload on the dongle.
but the drivers wont work anymore.
i installed the programming tool and said yes to install drivers but the drivers wont appear in device manager.
and when i double tap reset buton twice the led just always stay blue.
the dongle still works when insert it into switch it boots CFW but i want to update the payload.

i tried dongle already

on PC with10 disabled driver signature
on laptop win10 disabled driver signature
on laptop fresh installed win10 disabled driver signature
and on virtual machine win7 disabled driver signature

nothing works

Programming them is really finicky. You could try using Linux.

Try a different cable.

The NS-A comes apart easily, just pull the two plastic halves apart. I can't remember if the battery is soldered on though.

If you can inject the old payload with the dongle, the battery must still be working.

i opened it there is nothing you can remove.
i tried 4 different cables doesnt work

I use the RCMloader One dongle and it works fine for me, maybe you should think about switching to this one.

i finally got it working . i used usb 2.0 instead of 3.0 and tried a new usb-cable
