Homebrew Question Ns-atmosphere boot screen frozen

hello, i've been on this site to find things that i had trouble with while HB'ing my switch. but recently i've made the mistake that instead of putting in my exFAT while trying to boot ns-atmosphere i put in my FAT32 now my switch is frozen on the boot screen of ns-atmosphere. since there was a folder on the sd called "music" it says "error: package Music invalid!" i can't do anything my switch booted out of RCM mode (according to Tergra) and i can't do anything anyone that can help? or should i let the battery drain to 0% and the boot it up normally? if you want to see what i see i've uploaded a picture. if someone could help me that would be amazing and that would mean the world to me!

To completely power down the switch. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds till it shuts off.
To get back into RCM mode, you must hold down volume up, and press power button. Will stay a black screen, now hook to pc with usb cable and push payload with Tegra.

thank you so fucking much my guy )))))))) i tried to hold down for like 5 sec and stuff but thank you so much <3 i have auto rcm so the rest won't be a problem. this community is just legendary
