I have the base game Outward [CUSA10853], but at launch it didn't have portuguese language[BR]

only after many patches released portuguese

I don't find this patch with portuguese with an fpkg I only found it as pgk

I downloaded from this link orbispatches CUSA10853

the patch 1.17

I downloaded 1.17 and installed it, but I got this error
NP 32046-5

my question is, I can't extract the data from this patch because the password is invalid

how can i use this software (NP-32046-5-helper) when i have an official pkg?
