Microsoft has confirmed that Kinect will launch at retail in November, according to several reports around the internet, including
MCV.
The date is mentioned in an asset in press kits.
The new motion camera was
renamed from Natal to Kinect earlier this morning.
Rumors so far suggest that the device will cost $189 in its most expensive form, although there is thought to be a cheaper version.
It is also believed that there will be a new
Xbox 360 Slim, which will have a 250GB HDD and Wi-Fi built-in, although this is not yet confirmed.
We have not yet received news of the exact launch date and price, but official confirmation is expected later
tonight.
