I don't know what else to try. I go to USB link and plug in the slot 2 connector into the USB drive, and my computer says the USB device can't be ready. I've tried this with two separate cables and every USB port on two computers (one XP and one Vista) and I always get the same message. Is there any way I can fix this?

Probably a bad contact in the slot 2. What I do when it happens is that I stick a sheet of paper that I fold on top of the card. Takes a few tries sometimes but it works for me.
