You mean a .txt reader? I'm pretty sure moonshell can read that. I can't remember 100% since I stopped using it after the first month I got my flash drive.

Edit: Wait I was thinking of Wordpad. Do you mean .xml or .txt?

It depends. Most flashcarts can already view .txt files etc. But for homebrew, if u want u can download one called DSReader. I have that and sometimes use it.

DSReader reads .txt files. So do most flash carts, as I just said.

If you meant like a text reader or text file which is the kind notepad uses, then there are tons.

    But remember, search button.

PLEASE! Just use the search before posting questions.
I could list some and leave it to you to search.

    -DS Libris
    -ReadMore
    -DSReader
    -Moonshell 2
    -DSOrganize

Word pad saves in RTF Notepad saves in TXT unless you choose otherwise.
Almost all flashcarts have TXT support if not go ahead and use Moonshell or if you want something that wont kill your eyes do as mikezone101 said and get DSReader or even DSOrganize
