Note regarding the Picture Upload Space

There are a few things you should know:

• Your picture space is totally private. No one is going to browse through your pictures, not even the staff, they have no access to them.
• As we've said before, we will not tolerate any abuse. In order to control that, we're checking per-member statistics and see if anyone's got way too many pictures (in which case we'll ask the member for an explanation).
• You're free to use your pictures on any site that you want, not just GBAtemp.
• We might be allowing SWF file upload in the future, but we need to figure out a few things first.

do you want your uploaded pictures gallery to be viewable by everyone?

Or just certain pictures, you would be able to choose when you upload them. Also, folders would be nice

well for starters you can't upload pictures to other people's spaces (not that I know anyway

)
and I don't think there's any way we could prevent you from uploading porn onto your pictures space as we don't check the pictures that you upload.
