Now i'm waiting for @Extrems for fix the CPU framebuffer emulation issues, like this as shown in this post:
Alright, here's your task list:
  • Lock rendering resolution to 1x/2x of original resolution.
  • Copy and unswizzle embedded framebuffer to RDRAM, using 2:1 downsampling when needed.

Saul Fabre, I understand you want to help but please, relax. Extrems is not going to magically fix things in an instant because someone keeps asking, and you will probably end up tiring or angering him.

Patience. People do this stuff on their free time for others, no need to rush them.

hey @Extrems can fix this bug?

In Dr. Mario 64 (USA) game there's still a bug.
I'm using latest release of Not64 v20210817, i'm using a ROM in .z64 of DR. MARIO 64 (U) [!] but there's those bugs:

In this part of gameplay, it has too graphical errors unles i turn on the FB Textures:

When i turn on the FB Textures, the game shows fine, but still there's the bug of the invisible pill so we can't know in what direction is and/or where is going to fall the pill, so this mean it's still unplayable because we can't see that pill that is falling.

Also there's some graphical issues in the title screen and menu, which in Rice GFX doesn't happen.

Can fix that please?
who cares

yeah, i definitively have to stop requesting fixes to developers of emulators and programs for Wii console :P

Good news: I've specifically selected beginner tasks to ease you in.
extrems found something really interesting lol, on pokemon stadium if you go to the 15-20 lvl cup on the stadium and choose to make your team, if you pick chancey to see the attacks the emulator crashes lol i mean vi/dl seems to keep going but the emulator will no longer update the picture or allow to exit.

Wii U isn't really supported. I haven't tested it in many years.
well its the same as wii so its supported xd but on wiivc inject there is no going back to before well exiting and for exiting means wiiu reboots back to wiiu mode since it cant exit to vwii since its vc and there is no vwii to exit too :P

To be perfectly honest, when I read the first message I thought Extrems was trolling Saul. "unswizzle"? It sounds like it was made up, to a layman. But I checked, it's not.

Just goes to show what a different level programming is, to us normies.

@Extrems the thing I can offer within my competencies is testing. Please let me know if there's any particular game you want tested, or save file procured for testing a particular portion etc.

I just cloned the Wii64/Not64 Compatibility List Wiki into a new Not64 compatibility list. https://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/Not64_Compatibility_List

Ideally I'd like to disentangle the two lists. For Wii64's part, its compatibility list could list each gfx plugin compatibility in a fixed format without the Not64 listings.

In the new Not64 list, I cleared Wii64 only listings from the game name starts with # table, and left them as gray/unknown/undefined. 1080 Avalanche (USA) works great in Not64, so I updated that listing.

I'll be continuing down the list as I find time to test.

Someone please yell at me if they think this is a bad idea and I should stop. I also don't know if this will stick, so I appreciate but do not expect your updates to this new compatibility list. Thanks!

the thing is regular wii64(not rice) has the same issues as not64 since emukid keeps merging the fixes from not64, so far the only compatibility issue i ever noticed was shadowman which you can collect souls without any issue while in not64 they crash so yeah you can do that if you have the time i guess.

I think there's a problem, Conker's bad fur day can't be loaded at all on not64, it says growing NAND page file before saying "Read error" and crashing the app, to a DSI stack.

Its the only rom that's giving me this problem, Banjo Kazooie, Banjo Tooie, Bomberman 64, Donkey Kong 64 and Golden Eye 007 load, heck, even BT just grew the NAND pagefile without issues. I tested two different roms, of Conker's bad fur day and neither work, yet they do work on Mupen64 on PC.

Do you have enough free space on your NAND? Make sure that you have the enough free space on your NAND for run it without too much trouble...
