It is possible for a forwader like not64/wii64 one run with overclock automatically ? Or we need to manually overclock it Everytime ?

you need to manualy overclock it everytime since its a new fw patche, someone could ake a cfw that would run that on boot but then you would have all wiivc injections that are old and werent built with overclocking files crashing on you.
I wasn't aware of this, so essentially, I don't need to install a new forwarder, good :P
yeah basicaly the only thing the fowarder does is look for sd:apps/not64/boot.dol

basicaly any fowarder can be replaced with anything all they do is search for the path at this moment i have wii64 fowarder reading rice wii64 and wiisxr fowarder loading wii64 1.2 glide for testing :P

Same here, Rice does not work on standard Wii.

I know this was a quick build, but will standard Wii owner get a benefit from this?
how does it not work? you guys sure it doesnt? afaik emukid only owns a wii not a wiiu and he used rice ...
