I'm just curious as to what kind of activity we can hope for in the future, as far as available free time to code, how quickly updates may come, what issues are currently being worked on, etc. Also, would it be possible to enable Ustealth?

^^^  This AfroJackX character's cracking me up!

Kudos to extrems for his continued work! Gotta say I'd never have expected this amount of N64 games playable on the emu in a million years, let alone work being continued when the Wii scene is otherwise so quiet...*two thumbs up*

I am still a little bit confused, the rules say and I quote "When posting please refrain from double/triple/etc posting and from creating multiple topics about the same subject" Does double replying count too?

I see well usually I won't edit my post if there so much in it already.
People don't like other people's sigs and avatars taking up more space for each additional post when it's just as easy to hit the Edit button. That's what it's there for.

And people don't like to read blocks of words.
I do. It makes for a good read while I'm on the shitter.

Hey, anybody remember that Not64 thing? We should talk about that!

I see, well I will do that from now on. And Yes you are correct we should get back on topic. Speaking of Not64, Turok rage wars shrinks the screen when you are on the main menu or pause the game.

All is well on the latest Not64 (the 05-02-2015 one), faster than ever before, one issue i found is on Perfect Dark. In the Chicago level, right before you shoot an enemy the sound crackles for a second. Not a big deal, but an issue none the less.

I've tried the two N64 games I really want to play the most on Not64 (Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie), and both work great, but not perfect. Banjo-Kazooie has some graphical glitches, and both games seem to output the same character for commas, I's, and periods.

Thank you for these updates and improvements to Not64. It has come a long way as of recently and efforts are greatly appreciated. I follow this emulator mostly because of my love for Goldeneye64. That being said, I have some difficulty playing it on the GameCube wavebird. Is there a controller that others find easier to play Goldeneye on? Is there a way to get a N64 controller to work with out breaking the bank? Thanks in advance for any helpful reesponses.

By FAR the best way to play Not64 IMHO is Wiimote & Nunchuck. This goes double for fps games like GoldenEye, Perfect Dark, Turok 1,2 & 3, Starfox 64 etc where IR can slso be used for ultra precision.

Consider that Nunchuck = N64 middle prong and Wiimote dpad= N64 C buttons

Here, i attach my button configs (#1 of wiimote & nunchuck is for most N64 games, #2 is for 2D N64 games that used dpad, #3 of wiimote & nunchuck is for all N64 FPS bar Turoks, #4 is for Turoks - inverted y axis)

Does anyone have / can point me to a smash bros save with all characters / stages / item select unlocked? All i found was .sra files and i can't seem to find a .st0 file.

Hi Nakat
==EDIT==
I have a question.
Is it possible to compile the latest not64 version to support the cover mod but independently of wiiflow? Meaning that when Not64 is started from its forwarder or via HBC it will display covers (2d ones for instance)?

Hi Nakata, are you saying that the not64 modded plugin version supports 2d covers? If so, where do the covers go to? I downloaded all Mastershoes wii64 emulator 2d covers... Have you tried copying the modded not64 dol file inside the plugins folder and copy it to apps/not64 folder and rename/replace it with boot.dol? Some modded dols from the plugins section work as standalone e.g. the intellivision plugin etc.

Regards
Pepois

Hi, as far as i know, there isn't a standalone not64 mod that supports covers on the menu, at least yet. Only via Wiiflow so far.
