I do like the fact that instead of contacting there customer support you come on here and complain when doing it direct would have been faster and more efficient, then come here if all else fails.

Also I've had nothing but good experience with NDS-Card.com and so has my friend since they seem very open and honest.

It's quite possible you accidentally got older stock that got mixed up with the new stock or maybe R4 Sent a bad batch, sometimes this s*** happens

All im saying is, maybe you should have tried talking to them first since there was something wrong with the product itself before making this topic

its the SD card most likely
format it correctly with Panasonic SD formatter
https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_3/sdfmt3_1.zip
SD cards will normally have cluster fails when windows is used
its not a everytime occurance but thats windows formatter for you

ive had also the Wood downloaded from FileTrip go funny so make sure you download the latest from the site

Does seem an SD error I have loads of problems with cheap fake MicroSD's and Flashcards good quality cards with correct formatting (panasonic formatter) helps with everything.

PS. I have ordered from NDS-Card and have had no problems

still can be the SD card
even if its the same
ive had SD cards that will work on 1 phone and wont work on an identical phone
formatted it with the Panasonic SD formatter and it then worked on both

Thanks for the replies and advice, I get the white screens with or without the sd card in the cart but on the cart that works it loads up to a black screen with the words

To rule out the microSD causing the problem, try a different microSD if you have another.

Just done it mate still the same is their any way to try and update the cart on 3ds with v4.5.0 firmware?

Only if your cart will operate on the 3DS firmware that your 3DS is on.

We got it.
The bad one card slot-1 may be more sensitive, you could press tightly the console to confirm whether it can work well.
Anyway, it could not work fine.
We will resend another new card to you asap.
