Not Booting after SX OS to Atmosphere migration

Hi guys so I have just been doing the migration to atmosphere.

I'm on 10.0.2 firmware and the latest atmopshere, SysNAND.

I successfully migrated to atmosphere using this video https://www.sthetix.info/migrating-from-the-sx-os-to-atmosphere/

I have always used the sx os jig and dongle, so naturally i wanted to find a way to use the dongle instead of having to plug into my laptop and use tegra payload injector.

So I used the converter here https://sx-boot-dat-creator.herokuapp.com/ to convert the latest fusee.bin from github to a boot.dat file.

I then attempted to boot the switch the old way with sx os, jig, dongle and holding power and volume +, there was a quick flash of the screen but nothing.

Now the system wont boot regularly without jig or dongle or with both or with tegra.... Is there a trick to tegra? Sometimes the computer would detect others not...

It seems maybe i did the fusee.bin convert to boot.dat wrong? Did I boot incorrectly?

Please assist. Thanks guys.

Edit: Also I didn't format the SD Card....? Could this be an issue? Any use formatting now?

Hope you backed up your SD card before starting this conversion.
To test your theory, you could restore the original SXOS boot.dat to see if you can boot that. If that works, you can chain load Hekate payload to see if you can get there. If you get into Hekate, then you can run Atmosphere. That's a round-and-about way of getting there, and not the ultimate goal, but at least then you'll know where you're at.
