fox schmox. i've always understood lupine to mean "related to wolves"
i've watched a few documentaries on dog evolution recently, and there's not much genetic difference between a redfurrydoglikeman and a grey wolf.

i will now duck out of this offtopic exchange as fiercely as possible.
