I downloaded it yesterday before linking to it (to check what was inside the archive) and it worked fine.
Maybe you didn't click the correct download button (there are advertising which looks like download-buttons, but they are only advertisings).
Click on "Download Selected Version" on the right side of the site, then choose "Manual Download". it should work.
