Hacking Question normal boot without payload

Hello there
I tried to search through but still don’t get what I want to know.
I had my switch (2017 unpatched) on 10.1.0, hacked it with emuMMC on my SD card. Last time I had to install MissionControl, so I turned it off, take SD out and copy MissionControl into it. Then I plugged SD in, and boot my switch up, forgetting to boot RCM and send payload.
I turned it off asap when it showed Home screen.
The question is: if I reboot it with SD card in, will it boot to OFW? Is there any ban risk?

If you use an emummc, it's like having two switch systems on one device. Both run independently of one another. As long as you've never booted in CFW on your sysnand, then everything is ok.
