Homebrew NOOB QUESTION - Streetpass HELP!!!!!

So on my copies of X,Y,OR and AS they all have green bubbles on the icons and they won't go away.
It looks ugly so please help.

Is there a homebrew app that makes them go away?

Please help!!!

Not homebrew, but one of the dev tools - CecLotcheckTool or CecBoxTool - can

Of course, you could sync the streetpasses in-game (X/Y: PSS>holocaster>streetpass news; ORAS: blue "news" tab of touch screen > mailbox icon) or disable streetpass and their data from the green tab of system settings
