You don't need to update the emuNAND system menu version. But if you really want to update it, don't forget to install the required IOS too. (IOS80 for system menu 4.3)

The way EmuNAND work :

Methods 1 : cIOS redirection
Everything is running on Real NAND.
When USBLoaderGX launch a channel, it tells the IOS to redirect all NAND access to a different path (NAND -> sd:/nand/ etc.)
This is how USBLoaderGX works for the moment.
Some games don't work correctly when using IOS real time redirection.

Method 2 : neek.
The console is FULLY running on the emulated NAND path.
There's no IOS doing redirection at all, you launch the console as if the SD card was the real Wii. the Wii boots, you go to system menu (but it's the one located on SD which is loaded, the real Wii NAND is never accessed).
Everything looks like a real Wii. You can see installed channels and launch them directly from the "fake" system menu.
the "neek" is also emulating the Disc drive to mount Wii games redirected to another path (Disc -> SD:/games/)

You don't need USBLoaders anymore.
You don't launch USBLoaderGX in neek
You don't use cIOS in neek, everything runs on the real/retail IOS, but run from SD card.

method 3 : neek2o
Neek2o allow autoboot games at launch.
USBLoaderGX from realNAND tells "I want to run neek, with xxxxx autobooted game " -> RealNAND shut down fully -> Neek NAND starts -> game autoboot in neek environment.
When you exit the game, you are back to system menu (on EmuNAND neek environment, as the wii is still not aware that you are not on the real NAND)
to exit back to real NAND, you need to launch a specific homebrew, it shuts down neek, and returns to USBLoaderGX on realNAND.

Neek2o launching is still not available on USBLoaderGX.
You need to launch it manually (with Nswitch homebrew) and launch the game you want to play.
