Thank you. Hekate worked and now I'm backing up my switch. It's a whopping 45 gb of backup and I'm sad but it's better that I am doing this first in case of bricking my switch ! I also have another question though, and hopefully the last one. Is there any way to connect to pc via bluetooth or wifi just like the 3ds so that I don't go through the hassle of taking out my sd card again? It's really annoying

You can use Tinfoil (Switch homebrew) + NUT server (PC program) to transfer games (XCI or NSP) from your PC hard drive to your Switch via USB cable. It can also be doable with an FTP server for WiFi but it would usually be slower. Another alternative is GoldLeaf (Switch homebrew) + GoldTree (PC program)
EDIT:
Sorry you must mean transferring the payloads and files other than games.

Goldleaf is for installing nsp directly to the Switch via USB cable without transfering the nsp file itself. For any other file transfer, it's nxmtp or ftpd referred above. (there might be others I'm unaware of).Goldleaf sounds great. Can it also transfer homebrew apps and roms? This is what I'm more interested in

Edit: Just checked, and I'm dead wrong! Goldleaf can also handle file transfers, it seems. I must try that myself. So yes, Goldleaf might the all-in-one solution to never need to pull out your SD card.
